These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of TrueCompanyOS (the “Service”), operated by TrueCompanyOS, a Sole proprietor / Individual business (Ατομική Επιχείρηση) registered in Greece (“we”, “us”, or “TrueCompanyOS”).
Public business address: Parmenidou 4, Greece. Support: support@truecompanyos.com. Website: https://truecompanyos.com.
These pages are provided for transparency and operational clarity. They are not legal advice and have not been presented as lawyer-reviewed.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using any part of TrueCompanyOS, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility and authority
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” includes that entity.
Account registration and security
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it reasonably up to date.
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account, except where unauthorized access results from our failure to apply reasonable security measures.
Notify us promptly at the support email if you suspect unauthorized access.
Workspace ownership and team access
TrueCompanyOS organizes work around workspaces. The workspace owner controls billing (where applicable), seats, and administrative settings within the product’s role model.
Team members invited to a workspace may access shared company knowledge and features according to their assigned role and the active plan.
You are responsible for whom you invite and for content they add under your workspace.
Acceptable use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer (except where mandatory law permits), or abuse the Service.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Do not use the Service to generate or distribute deceptive or fraudulent materials.
- Do not probe, scan, or breach security or authentication measures.
- Do not misuse AI features to invent evidence presented as verified fact.
User-provided company knowledge and content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (“User Content”), including company knowledge, documents, notes, profiles, and related materials.
You are responsible for User Content, including any personal data of third parties you choose to upload, and for having a lawful basis to process it in the Service.
Licence necessary to operate the Service
You grant TrueCompanyOS a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use User Content solely as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service for you and your workspace, and to comply with law.
We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
Ownership of TrueCompanyOS software and public content
TrueCompanyOS software, product design, documentation, public marketing content, and related intellectual property remain owned by TrueCompanyOS or its licensors.
Except for the limited rights needed to use the Service, no rights are granted by implication.
AI-assisted features and review responsibility
The Service includes AI-assisted organization, drafting, extraction, and related features.
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your use case. You must review and approve outputs before relying on them for business, legal, sales, investor, or stakeholder communication.
TrueCompanyOS does not invent missing proof as verified fact, and you must not present AI drafts as verified evidence without human review.
No guarantee of factual accuracy
We do not guarantee that AI outputs, readiness scores, or generated assets are factually correct, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.
Business decisions remain your responsibility.
Subscription plans and billing
TrueCompanyOS offers Free, Founder, Founder Pro, and Team plans. Paid plans are flat-rate recurring SaaS subscriptions (monthly or annual).
Team includes up to 10 seats in the product. Stripe checkout quantity remains 1 (flat rate, not per-seat Stripe billing).
Plan limits and fair-use expectations apply as described in the product and pricing materials.
Managed Payments and Stripe/Link
Paid subscriptions are sold and processed through Stripe/Link Managed Payments. Stripe/Link is the merchant of record for covered paid transactions.
TrueCompanyOS provides product-level and account-level support. Stripe does not provide product support, account access help, feature troubleshooting, or data-rights handling for TrueCompanyOS.
TrueCompanyOS does not claim to calculate, file, or remit customer VAT globally. Managed Payments handles applicable indirect tax for covered transactions according to Stripe/Link rules.
Automatic renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal according to the Refund and Cancellation Policy and available Customer Portal controls.
Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; access continues until then.
Refunds
Refunds and related exceptions are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy (Refund and Cancellation Policy). That policy forms part of these Terms by reference.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail required payments, or if we must do so to comply with law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.
Service availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may modify features, limits, and the Service over time. Where a change materially reduces paid functionality, we will use reasonable efforts to communicate it through the product or email.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueCompanyOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the Service.
Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to use TrueCompanyOS paid plans in the three months before the claim, or (b) €100, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify TrueCompanyOS against third-party claims arising from your User Content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent such claims are caused by you and not by our own wrongful acts.
Governing law and disputes
Greek law and the competent courts of Greece, subject to mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction.
Consumers may also benefit from mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules that cannot be waived.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do.
Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where mandatory law requires additional consent.
