Governance and approvals
Draft, needs-review and approved are distinct states. Version history and Monthly Review start on Founder, so a change keeps its reason and the assets that depend on it.
Stakeholder communication
Team includes stakeholder updates, partner and audience messaging, and onboarding assets for salespeople and new employees. Those exports are not on Free or Founder.
Team context
Team includes up to 10 seats, roles and a shared workspace, plus the rep breakdown inside Sales Intelligence. Founder and Founder Pro are single-operator plans.
