TrueCompanyOS
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to paid TrueCompanyOS subscriptions sold through Stripe/Link Managed Payments.
Provider: TrueCompanyOS (Sole proprietor / Individual business (Ατομική Επιχείρηση)), Parmenidou 4, Greece. Support: support@truecompanyos.com.
This policy does not promise that every refund request will be approved, and it does not state that refunds are impossible. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Recurring subscriptions
Paid plans (Founder, Founder Pro, and Team) are flat-rate recurring SaaS subscriptions available on monthly and annual billing intervals.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each paid billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
How to cancel
Cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal from your TrueCompanyOS billing settings (workspace owner).
Cancellation stops future renewals. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. Access continues until that period ends.
Unused time and proration
Charges are generally non-refundable and are not prorated for unused time after cancellation, except where required by law or specifically approved in the cases below.
We do not invent a cooling-off waiver. Where mandatory withdrawal or consumer rights apply, those rights remain unaffected.
When refunds may be considered
We may approve refunds or adjustments for:
- Duplicate charges.
- Clear billing errors.
- Verified service failures, reviewed case by case.
How to request a refund review
Email support@truecompanyos.com with your account email, approximate charge date/amount, and a short description of the issue.
We review eligible requests case by case. Approval is not guaranteed.
Stripe/Link Managed Payments
Paid subscriptions are sold and processed through Stripe/Link Managed Payments. Stripe/Link is the merchant of record for covered transactions.
Stripe/Link may also process refunds under Managed Payments rules.
TrueCompanyOS handles product and account support. Transaction-related Managed Payments matters may also be handled by Stripe/Link according to their role.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer or statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
